Expertly operating that snowplow is a true country gentleman, my friend (and Jan’s husband) Steve Askew.
There’s my sweety:) He had to blow it again today and then he put the plow on the tractor and plowed the lane to the barn and driveway. I was exhausted just watching. Luckily he had a lovely nap afterward. And it got up to 26 today. Felt downright warm!

I love this photo. Even from a distance I can detect sheer determination to get those flakes in order. And of course, a touch of stylish red never hurts any chore.
